The Kansas Small Business Development Center at Fort Hays State University has two locations. One in Hays, Kansas and one in Colby, Kansas, located at Colby Community College. Currently the Kansas SBDC at FHSU team serves the following counties: Cheyenne, Rawlins, Decatur, Norton, Phillips, Smith, Sherman, Thomas, Sheridan, Graham, Rooks, Osborne, Wallace, Logan, Gove, Trego, Ellis, Russell, Rush, Barton, Pawnee, Ellsworth, Jewell, Lincoln, and Mitchell.

Any small business owner, manager, or employee can register for seminars and workshops that are offered through the center.
